Enter the address where Appetizer lives. We use it to confirm Appetizer is yours.

Why we ask: Appetizer’s address puts Appetizer in the right neighborhood and helps us match Appetizer with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Appetizer’s page and the map show only the city.
