Enter the address where Blackjack lives. We use it to confirm Blackjack is yours.

Why we ask: Blackjack’s address puts Blackjack in the right neighborhood and helps us match Blackjack with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Blackjack’s page and the map show only the city.
