Enter the address where Chocolate lives. We use it to confirm Chocolate is yours.

Why we ask: Chocolate’s address puts Chocolate in the right neighborhood and helps us match Chocolate with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Chocolate’s page and the map show only the city.
