Enter the address where Chubs lives. We use it to confirm Chubs is yours.

Why we ask: Chubs’ address puts Chubs in the right neighborhood and helps us match Chubs with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Chubs’ page and the map show only the city.
