Enter the address where Cosmo lives. We use it to confirm Cosmo is yours.

Why we ask: Cosmo’s address puts Cosmo in the right neighborhood and helps us match Cosmo with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Cosmo’s page and the map show only the city.
