Enter the address where Fidelity lives. We use it to confirm Fidelity is yours.

Why we ask: Fidelity’s address puts Fidelity in the right neighborhood and helps us match Fidelity with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Fidelity’s page and the map show only the city.
