Enter the address where Fizzy lives. We use it to confirm Fizzy is yours.

Why we ask: Fizzy’s address puts Fizzy in the right neighborhood and helps us match Fizzy with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Fizzy’s page and the map show only the city.
