Enter the address where Folio lives. We use it to confirm Folio is yours.

Why we ask: Folio’s address puts Folio in the right neighborhood and helps us match Folio with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Folio’s page and the map show only the city.
