Enter the address where Forrest lives. We use it to confirm Forrest is yours.

Why we ask: Forrest’s address puts Forrest in the right neighborhood and helps us match Forrest with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Forrest’s page and the map show only the city.
