Enter the address where Guizmo lives. We use it to confirm Guizmo is yours.

Why we ask: Guizmo’s address puts Guizmo in the right neighborhood and helps us match Guizmo with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Guizmo’s page and the map show only the city.
