Enter the address where Lucky Jack lives. We use it to confirm Lucky Jack is yours.

Why we ask: Lucky Jack’s address puts Lucky Jack in the right neighborhood and helps us match Lucky Jack with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Lucky Jack’s page and the map show only the city.
