Enter the address where Lucky Sam lives. We use it to confirm Lucky Sam is yours.

Why we ask: Lucky Sam’s address puts Lucky Sam in the right neighborhood and helps us match Lucky Sam with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Lucky Sam’s page and the map show only the city.
