Enter the address where Rx lives. We use it to confirm Rx is yours.

Why we ask: Rx’s address puts Rx in the right neighborhood and helps us match Rx with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Rx’s page and the map show only the city.
