Enter the address where Sweep lives. We use it to confirm Sweep is yours.

Why we ask: Sweep’s address puts Sweep in the right neighborhood and helps us match Sweep with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Sweep’s page and the map show only the city.
