Enter the address where Tab lives. We use it to confirm Tab is yours.

Why we ask: Tab’s address puts Tab in the right neighborhood and helps us match Tab with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Tab’s page and the map show only the city.
