Enter the address where Tavis lives. We use it to confirm Tavis is yours.

Why we ask: Tavis’ address puts Tavis in the right neighborhood and helps us match Tavis with Lost & Found posts and local dogs nearby. It’s private and never shown. Tavis’ page and the map show only the city.
